Objective:To ensure that the circular saw blade does not resonate when cutting sweet corn ear heads, and to ensure cutting accuracy and safety, the circular saw blade is designed and analyzed. Methods:SolidWorks software was used to establish a simplified three-dimensional model of the circular saw blade, and based on this, mechanical analysis on it was conducted in combination with actual working conditions.ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to perform static and modal analysis on the circular saw blade. Results:According to static analysis, the maximum equivalent effect of the circular saw blade is 6.383 1 ×10-7 mm/mm at 200 T/3 000 r/min,with a maximum equivalent stress of 1.266 5×107 MPa at 200 T/3 000 r/min.Both equivalent strain and equivalent stress are concentrated at the connection of the center of the circular saw blade.Through modal analysis,it is known that the first six natural frequencies of the 200 T/3 000 r/min range from 435.26 to 1 345.70 Hz.The maximum operating frequency of the circular saw blade is much lower than its first mode, and the circular saw blade will not resonate, meeting the working requirements. Conclusion:The high-speed rotation of a circular saw blade with a tooth count and rotation speed of 200 T/3 000 r/min for cutting sweet corn ear heads has safety and reliability, providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization design of the circular saw blade structure.
