Objective:Aiming at solving the problems of large volume and sharp decrease of capacitor life of double-coil permanent magnet contactor,a double-voltage double circuit synchronous charging control system of double-coil permanent magnet contactor was proposed to realize fast and safe charging of double-coil permanent magnet contactor.Methods:The bidirectional voltage doubling rectifier circuit was constructed,the simulation model established by Multisim was tested,and the voltage at both ends of the charging circuit was controlled by PWM wave,and the waveform was analyzed.Results:The voltage at both ends of the voltage doubling rectifier circuit was tested,and the voltage at both ends could reach 350 V.The charging voltage at both ends of the closing and opening charging capacitor was controlled,and the charging voltage could be stabilized at about 150 V.Conclusion:The experimental and simulation results showed that the design realized the function of bidirectional voltage doubling rectification of the capacitor,increased the working life of the capacitor to a certain extent,and greatly improved the stability and safety of power equipment operation.
