摘要

目的:针对长江中下游稻茬田小麦播种过程中由于地轮打滑导致的播种量不均及效率低等问题,基于PLC技术开发一套精量播种控制系统,以提升播种效果.方法:通过采集稻茬湿地小麦播种机作业速度,结合预设播种量和实时播种量数据,计算并调整外槽轮转速,实现精准播种控制.结果:在预设播种量参数下利用MATLAB进行仿真试验,播量误差均控制在5%以内,验证了控制系统的可行性.结论:基于PLC的精量播种控制系统通过建立排种器转速的数学模型,为稻茬田小麦的智能播种提供理论参考.

Abstract

Objective:Aiming to enhance seeding effectiveness,a precision seeding control system based on PLC technology has been developed to address issues such as uneven seeding and low efficiency caused by wheel slipping during wheat sowing in rice stubble fields in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.Methods:By collecting the operating speed of the paddy field wheat seeder and integrating preset and real-time seeding data,the system calculated and adjusted the outer wheel rotation speed to achieve precise seeding control.Results:Under the preset seeding quantity parameters,simulation experiments were conducted by using MATLAB,with seeding volume errors controlled within 5%,validating the feasibility of the control system.Conclusion:A precision seeding control system based on PLC was designed,a mathematical model of the seeding disc speed was established,and provided theoretical references for intelligent wheat seeding in paddy fields.
