摘要

目的:探究外源生长激素处理对'突尼斯'软籽石榴扦插苗生长的影响,为其扦插繁殖提供最佳的外源生长激素种类和质量浓度.方法:以'突尼斯'软籽石榴当年生半木质化枝条为试验材料.采用IAA、IBA、NAA外源生长素,分别以3种质量浓度(30、60、120 mg/L)处理插穗,以清水浸泡为对照组(CK),扦插45 d后调查统计苗的生长状况,包括生根率、平均根数、平均根长、抽梢数量、分枝数量、抽梢长度、株高等生物量.结果:外源生长激素种类和质量浓度梯度对'突尼斯'软籽石榴扦插苗的生长有一定的影响.在成活率方面CK较高(82%),其次是30 mg/L IBA激素处理的插穗成活率(72%);在生根率方面,30 mg/L IBA处理的扦插苗生根率最高(40%),其次是60 mg/L IBA和60 mg/L IAA,分别为31.7%、31.2%.在抽梢率方面,30 mg/L IBA处理抽梢率最高(60%),其次是120 mg/L IBA、30 mg/L IAA处理,抽梢率均为55%.各组处理间的株高有显著性差异,120 mg/L IBA处理的株高值最大,其次为60 mg/L IAA处理.结论:30 mg/L IBA对'突尼斯'软籽石榴扦插苗的生根和后期生长达到最佳的促进效果.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of exogenous auxin treatment on the growth of Tunisian soft-seeded pomegranate cuttings,and to provide theoretical basis for the optimal type and mass concentration of exogenous growth hormone for its cutting propagation.Methods:Semi lignified branches of Tunisian soft-seeded pomegranate was used as experimental materials.IAA,IBA and NAA were used to treat cuttings with 30,60 and 120 mg/L concentrations respectively,and water immersion was used as the control group(CK).After 45 days of cutting,the growth status of seedlings was investigated and counted,including rooting rate,average number of roots,average root length,number of cuttings,number of branches,length of cuttings,and biomass of plant height.The types and concentration gradients of exogenous growth hormones had a certain impact on the growth of Tunisian soft-seeded pomegranate cuttings.Results:In terms of survival rate,CK was higher at 82%,followed by the highest survival rate of 72%for cuttings treated with IBA(30 mg/L)hormone.In terms of rooting rate,the cuttings treated with IBA had the highest rooting rate,up to 40%,followed by IBA(60 mg/L)and IAA(60 mg/L),which were 31.7%and 31.2%,respectively.In terms of sprouting rate,IBA(30 mg/L)treatment had the highest sprouting rate,with a value of up to 60%,followed by IBA(120 mg/L),and IAA(30 mg/L)treatment,with the same sprouting rate of 55%.There was a significant difference in plant height among the treatment groups,with IBA(120 mg/L)treatment having the highest plant height value,followed by IAA(60 mg/L)treatment.Conclusion:The use of exogenous growth hormone IBA(30 mg/L)had the most effectiveness in promoting rooting and later growth of Tunisian soft seeded pomegranate cuttings.
