摘要

陈椽是中国著名茶学家、世界农业科技名人,对安徽茶叶科技发展做出了重要贡献。数十年中,改革茶叶科技,推进安徽名优茶发展,为安徽恢复多种历史名茶、创制一批现代名茶;在教坛与茶区生产第一线,为安徽茶叶科技的持续发展培养了大量人才;几度撰著《安徽茶经》,总结茶叶科技实践,形成茶叶科技理论,赋予《安徽茶经》重要的学术史价值。陈椽为茶叶科技工作者树立了光辉典范,留下了宝贵的精神财富。

Abstract

Chen Chuan was the famous expert of tea science and world-renowned celebrity of agricultural science and technology.He made great contribution to the development of tea science and technology in Anhui Province.During more than ten years,he reformed tea science and technology to promote various historically famous teas and create a series of well-known modern teas in Anhui Province.He educated many experts in the field of tea industry by teaching and practising;He wrote Record of Anhui Teas for many times to summarize the theory and practice of tea science and technology which are the important academic value of book.Chen Chuan set up a brilliant example and left extremely precious spiritual heritage for the scholars working in the field of tea science and technology.
