Connecting Rural Revitalization with Consolidating and Expanding the Achievements of Poverty Alleviation:A Literature Review
The successful conclusion of poverty alleviation signifies a historic resolution of absolute poverty in China, making significant contributions to global poverty reduction endeavors.Summarizing the experience of poverty alleviation aids in clarifying the effective linkage between consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization,thus facilitating comprehensive rural revitalization.Development initiated from a change in ideology.China's rural development strategy,formulated on the basis of its national conditions and drawing upon international rural construction concepts,is scientifically grounded.However,the related theoretical research and practical exploration could not directly guide our rural revitalization due to the differences in national conditions.There still exist numerous practical obstacles in the realization of rural revitalization.Over a considerable period, the effective linkage between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization will continue to face multiple challenges, including ideological,institutional,practical,industrial,and motivational ones.Therefore,achieving effective linkage between the two requires promoting a shift in development concepts,transforming poverty alleviation strategies,innovating work systems, converting development drivers, and adjusting government policies. Future research necessitates employing brand-new perspective,innovative thinking,theoretical methodologies, and technological means. Through theoretical integration, methodological innovation, and comprehensive empirical investigations,new explorations are required for implementing schemes,institutional guarantees,and long-term mechanisms for effectively linking rural revitalization with the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements.
