Research on the Influencing Factors of Homestead Withdrawal Based on Meta-Analysis
Due to differences in research designs such as regional selection, model methods, and measurement ways, there are differences in varying degrees in the academic research conclusions on the factors affecting the withdrawal of homesteads.Using the Meta-analysis method, this study attempts to accurately identify the influencing factors and effects of farmers'homestead withdrawal, promoting the voluntary and orderly withdrawal of homesteads by farmers in a position to do so.The results show that the withdrawal of rural homesteads is positively influenced by the rural push force and the urban pull force,as well as negatively influenced by the rural pull force, while the urban push force does not have a significant impact. In terms of impact intensity, the improvement of family economic conditions is the main driving force behind the withdrawal of rural homesteads, and the pressure of family structure is the key factor hindering the withdrawal of rural homesteads. In terms of heterogeneity of influencing factors, the impact of rural homestead area in the central and western regions is stronger than that in the eastern region.Education level and the number of rural homestead parcels have a stronger impact in the literature of withdrawal intention studies, while gender factors have a stronger impact in literature with higher publication quality. With the passage of time, the influence of farmers'age tends to strengthen, the influence of education level tends to weaken, and the influence of annual household income tends to stabilize. Therefore, attention should be paid to building a fair and reasonable withdrawal compensation mechanism and improving the social security mechanism for farmers after homestead withdrawal,so as to improve the policymaking and academic study on the withdrawal of homesteads.
