Rural collective economy is an important support for common prosperity,but its development is generally faced with resource constraints.Resource bricolage emphasizes identifying neglected resources and transforming them into exploitable strategic resources,thus alleviating the current resource dilemma.Since 2021,nearly 300 administrative villages in G city have established people's companies of rural collective,activated a large number of idle resources through corporation operation,rebuilt the rural social capital network through collective asset operation,and ensured the initiative of people's companies through selective bricolage.In order to promote the sustainable development of collective economy,people's companies should adhere to the resource-based view, optimize situational factors to improve performance,and gradually break away from excessive dependence on resource bricolage.It is suggested that the local government should respect the market-oriented nature of people's company and reduce the intervention of administrative forces. People 's company should keep improving its ability to identify resources,and bring more intangible cultural resources,social resources,and human resources of rural community into bricolage,so as to optimize the resource bricolage environment and give full play to the vitality and role of people's company in promoting common prosperity.
