The Theoretical Logic,Constraints and Realization Path of Multi-subjects'Collaborative Efforts to Promote High-Standard Farmland Construction
The construction of high-standard farmland,as an important material basis for ensuring national food security,is a prerequisite for the achievement of 100 billion catties of grain production capacity, and an inevitable choice for implementing the strategy of"sustainable farmland use". From the perspective of multi-subjects ' coordination, based on the"triple spiral"theoretical model, this study builds a theoretical model of multi-subjects'collaborative efforts to promote high-standard farmland construction. This theoretical model reveals the far-reaching effects of multiple subjects ' participation in promoting the construction of high-standard farmland, stimulating the innovation of the management system, providing typical experience, and accelerating the green transformation. However, this coordination is still faced with constraints such as insufficient collaborative funds, informal collaborative participation, inconsistent cooperation, and inadequate collaborative efficiency. In order to tackle these problems,we should take measures to broaden funding channels, enhance participation, strengthen cooperation and improve efficiency,so as to effectively promote the collaborative efforts of multiple subjects in the construction of high-standard farmland.
