运用CiteSpace文献计量工具,对植物新品种权领域2000—2024年CNKI和Web of Science数据库中703篇文献进行可视化分析,旨在探索并对比国内外研究进展、发展趋势和前沿热点.研究发现,文献特征上,我国虽发文量较多但文章影响力不足,国内研究合作网络密度明显低于国际水平,凸显出合作机制缺陷.热点主题上,我国多数研究局限于构建理论框架和梳理基本概念,对植物新品种保护政策的全面影响分析相对匮乏.发展趋势上,国内外研究均经历了初步探索、逐步推进和深化拓展三个时期.研究前沿上,我国多侧重粮食安全框架下的植物新品种权保护,国外研究聚焦获取与惠益分享、遗传资源数字序列信息和种子开源等议题,展现出在广度和深度上的领先优势.未来,植物新品种权研究需强化科研院所与高校合作机制,深化植物新品种保护政策研究,加速技术革新.同时,我国需在确保国内粮食安全战略基础上,对接国际研究前沿,积极参与国际规则制定,进行信息化、现代化育种研究,以期在国际植物新品种权保护的研究中赢得主动权和核心竞争力.
A Comparative Analysis of the Research Progress of Plant Variety Rights at Home and Abroad:AVisibility Analysis Based on CiteSpace
Using the CiteSpace bibliometric tool,this study makes a visual analysis on 703 articles in the field of plant variety rights from CNKI and Web of Science databases from 2000 to 2024,aiming to explore and compare the research progress,development trends,frontiers and hot issues at home and abroad.It is found that in terms of literature characteristics,although China has a large number of relevant publications,their influence is insufficient,and the density of domestic research cooperation networks is significantly lower than the international level,which exposes the shortcomings of our cooperation mechanism.On hot topics,most research in China is limited to constructing theoretical frameworks and sorting out basic concepts,and the comprehensive analysis of the impact of the policies on plant variety protection is relatively scarce.In terms of development trends,domestic and foreign research has gone through three stages that are initial exploration,gradual advancement,and deepening and expansion.At the forefront of research,China focuses more on the protection of plant variety rights under the framework of food security,while foreign research focuses on topics such as access and benefit sharing,digital sequence information on genetic resource,and seed open source,demonstrating some advantages in breadth and depth.In the future,we should strengthen the cooperation between research institutes and universities,deepen research on the plant variety protection policies,and accelerate technological innovation.At the same time,on the basis of ensuring domestic food security,we need to set our sights on the global frontiers of relevant research,actively participate in the formulation of international rules,conduct research on informatization and modernization in breeding,in order to make ourselves well-positioned in the research of international plant variety rights protection.
