摘要
新质生产力是习近平总书记立足我国基本国情及经济发展特征所提出的创新性理念,在国民经济各行业中发挥重要作用,对于建设农业强国,实现中国式现代化具有极强的指导性.发展新质生产力是新时代对农业发展的明确要求,是建设农业强国的现实需要,是农业产业结构优化的关键动因,是农业竞争优势的来源所在.新质生产力主要从推进农产品质量提升、拓展优化农业市场、改善城乡二元结构、促进农业可持续发展四个方面赋能农业高质量发展.实践中,应坚持以科技创新为新引擎、以智能数字为新介质、以农业新兴产业未来产业为新阵地、以高素质人才为主力军、以绿色可持续发展为新底色,促进新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展.
Abstract
As an innovative concept put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping based on our national conditions and the characteristics of economic development,new quality productive forces play a significant role in all industries of the national economy,and are highly instructive for building a strong agricultural country and realizing Chinese modernization.Developing new quality productive forces is an essential requirement of modern agricultural development,an urgent demand for building a strong agricultural country,a driving force of the optimization of agricultural industrial structure,and an important source of agricultural competitive advantage.The new quality productive forces enable the high-quality agricultural development mainly from four aspects:improving the quality of agricultural products,expanding and optimizing the agricultural market,changing the urban and rural dual structure,and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.In practice,we should take scientific and technological innovation as the new engine,digital intelligence as the new medium,emerging future agricultural industries as the new front,high-quality talents as the main force,and green and sustainable development as the new background,so as to prompt new quality productive forces to enable high-quality agricultural development.
