The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC was successfully held from July 15 to 18,2024.The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization(hereinafter referred to as the Resolution),which was deliberated and adopted at the plenary session,made a comprehensive and systematic deployment for further deepening reform and opening up comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization in the new era.In order to study and implement the spirit of the plenary session,the Journal of Anhui Agricultural University(Social Sciences Edition)invited Professor Kong Xiangzhi of Renmin University of China to request experts to carry out an in-depth study and discussion on issues such as deepening land reform,consolidating and improving the basic rural management system,improving the system and mechanism for promoting new urbanization,and improving the support system for strengthening agriculture,benefiting farmers and enriching farmers,so as to provide scientific explanation and practical enlightenment for further deepening agricultural and rural reform comprehensively and advancing Chinese agricultural and rural modernization.
