Analysis of the Social Capital Mechanism of Migrant Workers'Returning Home for Entrepreneurship:Based on the Survey of L County
Under the background of advancing rural revitalization across the board,an increasing number of migrant workers choose to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses,which not only injects vitality into the economy of local villages,but also promotes the development of rural society in China.In this process,social capital plays an important role.Taking L County as the research object,this study explores the mechanism of social capital's role in the process of migrant workers'returning to their hometowns to start businesses from three dimensions that are structure,relationship and cognition.It is found that social capital has played a role in revitalizing communities,enhancing interactions,and fostering consensus.To promote entrepreneurship among migrant workers returning to their hometowns,we should further improve the social mechanisms for their entrepreneurship,construct a network of relationships for their business ventures,and explore the establishment of a management system adapted to their needs.
