The Triggering and Shaping of Organizational Resilience of Agricultural Enterprises under the Impact of Major Emergencies
The triggering and shaping of organizational resilience of agricultural enterprises is an important way to continuously stabilize the agricultural foundation and avoid the uncertainty dilemma. The pursuit of the conjugation between the induction and generation of resilience should be considered as a value orientation for building an agricultural power.Based on the"resource-capability-relationship"theoretical framework, this paper adopts the method of Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis to explore the multiple triggers of organizational resilience of agricultural enterprises and the shaping mechanism of different factor configurations on it.The research reveals that financial resources, government subsidies, enterprise innovation ability, employee compensation incentives and corporate social responsibility cannot independently trigger organizational resilience of agricultural enterprises;Instead, there are three configurations for shaping organizational resilience in agricultural enterprises, which are resource-relationship dual-drive,resource-capability-relationship co-creation,and capability-relationship synergy.Under the impact of major emergencies, agricultural enterprises should implement the incentive mechanism and risk sharing mechanism by combining firmness and flexibility, and improve the guarantee mechanism with harmony as the underlying logic, and special support policies as the cornerstone for breaking the deadlock,so as to promote the growth of enterprises in adversity.
