Influencing Factors and Practical Paths of Urban-Rural Integrated Development at the County Level in Anhui Province
The integrated development of urban and rural areas with counties as the carrier will help narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and realize rural revitalization.This study measures the level of urban-rural integrated development at the county level in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2022,and makes a visualized analysis of its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and its influencing factors.The results show that the overall fluctuation of the level of urban-rural integrated development at the county level in Anhui Province has increased,and the development gap between counties(cities)in the region is large,with a spatial characteristic of"high in the central and northern parts and low in the south".Among the influencing factors,population integration and social integration have a greater impact on urban-rural integration at the county level in Anhui Province,followed by economic integration,and the impact of environmental integration is the least.Given this,the government should appropriately allocate urban and rural resources at the county level,accelerate the flow of urban and rural factors,highlight the heterogeneity of counties,and implement a characteristic development model.It is also suggested to strengthen infrastructure construction,improve the equalization of basic public services at the county level,promote the construction of the integral industry chain of agriculture,and enhance the diversified development of the rural economy.
