赤霉素和脱落酸与水稻籽粒灌浆有密切的关系,强弱势籽粒内源赤霉素和脱落酸含量的动态与其灌浆强度动态基本一致,对籽粒灌浆起促进作用.于抽穗期喷施脱落酸能显著提高杂交水稻两优培九弱势粒的结实率和充实度,从而提高其产量,对其强势粒的结实率和充实度无显著影响.于水稻抽穗期喷施赤霉素对杂交水稻两优培九的强弱势粒结实率和充实度以及产量均无显著影响.
Relationship of gibberellin and abscisic acid with grains-filling and effects on setting
Gibberellin and abscisic acid are closely correlated with grains-filling. Both the contents of gibberel-lin and abscisic acid of endogenesis were consistent with grains-filling ( promoting grains-filling). Application of abscisic acid could significantly increase the setting percentage and grains-filling degree of inferior grains of hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu, consequently increased its yield, whereas it did not significantly affect the superior grains. Application of gibberellin had no effect on the setting percentage and grains-filling degree of inferior grains and superior grains and the yield of hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu.
