草莓红中柱根腐病病原菌的生物学特性

测定不同培养基、pH值、温度、光照条件、碳氮源对草莓红中柱根腐病病原菌菌丝生长和菌落颜色的影响.结果表明,该病的病原菌为疫霉菌Phytophthora fragariae,菌丝生长的最适培养基为察贝克氏培养基,最适温度为22℃,最适pH值为6,光照对该病原菌生长无影响,有无碳源对其生长影响差异显著,其中以蔗糖为碳源生长最好;蛋白胨为氮源生长最好,NH4Cl生长最差.
Biological characteristics of pathogen causing strawberry red stele root rot
The effects of different culture media, pH value, temperature, light, carbon and nitrogen sources on hyphal growth of pathogen causing strawberry red stele root rot were determined. The results show that the disease is caused by Phytophthora fragriae. Its biological characteristics are as follows;the optimum medium for the growth of pathogen is Czapek,the optimum temperature is 22℃,the optimum pH value is 6. Light has no effect on the pathogen growth. The optimum carbon source is sucrose,the optimum nitrogen is peptone and the worst is NH4Cl.
