Effects of the reagent of promoting flower on endogenous hormones in Feizixiao litchi
The effects of the reagent of promoting flower sprayed on the surface of leaves on endogenous hormones in Feizixiao litchi were studied. The results showed that the reagent could inhibit the winter twig growth of Feizixiao litchi, promote its flower bud differentiation and induce blossom; compared to uncontrolled treatment, its a-mount of.lateral inflorescence, its quality of the flower cluster and the rate of flowering increased 53.73%, 56. 16% ,55. 30% .respectively. Its spike length increased 12. 96% and its winter twigs decreased 76. 40% ;the reagent could increase the contents of ABA and ZR and decrease the contents of IAA and GA3.
