Fungi diversity in the soil around the healthy and huanglongbing-diseased roots of Citrus sinensis Osbeck in southern Jiangxi Province
This paper studied the fungi diversity in the soil around the healthy and huanglongbing-diseased roots of Citrus sinensis Osbeck in southern Jiangxi Province (CSOJX) and analyzed their correlation through high throughout sequencing and related bioinformatics. The results showed that the abundance of the fungi in the soil around Huanglongbing-diseased roots was 48.41% lower than that of the healthy ones, while its richness and population diversity were 8.9% and 23%,respectively,higher than those of the healthy ones.Seventeen genera were positively correlated with Huanglongbing disease, including Glomeromycota and 10 negatively correlated genera.
