Identification of salt tolerance of Russian soybean germplasm resources
In order to create a theoretical framework for the logical creation of salt-resistant soybean varieties and salt soil, taken 51 and 21 copies of Russian Soy germplasm resources provided by the Northeast Agricultural University Soybean Genetic Improvement Team, and by the Sino-Russian Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation Park, respectively as the materials, a hydroponics test of salt stress with 120 mmol·L-1 NaCl was conducted, and the indexes for the phenotype data were processed and examined. Thorough comprehensive evalu-ation, twelve copies of salt-resistant materials and nine copies of salt-sensitive materials were screened out. Of which, Russia C93-2, EC139-2, EC16-2, EC7-2, EC186-2, EC287-2, EC53, EC135-2, EC322-2, Tepek, Russia 10135, and Alvy were of the salt-resistant varieties, while C110-2, C016-2, C240-2, C266-2, C131-2, EC54-2, EC323-2, Ligia and E108ka457 were of the salt-sensitive varieties. The results of the comprehensive analysis are in line with the test materials in the actual salt-resistance phenotype.
