Genotype and environment interaction and stability of solvent retention capacity in soft wheat flour in Anhui Province
To deeply understand the interaction and stability between genotype and environment of solvent retentive capacity (SRC) in different planting areas of soft wheat in Anhui Province,twelve soft wheat varieties planted in seven ecological pilot sites were used to comprehensively evaluate the four traits of SRC,including sucrose-SRC,lactic acid-SRC,sodium carbonate-SRC and water SRC by using a GGE biplot. The GGE results showed that the GGE variation of the four SRC traits in the tested materials were all greater than 50%,meaning the complex effects of the environment and genotype interaction. The pilot site that could better distinguish for sucrose-SRC and lactic acid-SRC was Suixi. The representative ecological site that could better distinguish so-dium carbonate SRC was Xinmaqiao,and the ecological site that could distinguish water SRC was Fuyang. The results of ecological adaptability and stabiltity of SRC indicated that:the varieties with stable sucrose-SRC were Huacheng 863,Longke 1109,Quanmai 725 and Womai 99;the varieties with stable values for lactic acid-SRC included Huiyan 912 and Ruihuamai 516;varieties with stable values for sodium carbonate-SRC included Huiyan 912 and Ruihuamai 516,and variety with stable SRC values in water-SRC was Huacheng 863.
