In order to investigate the inhibitory effects of microbial crude lipopeptide extracts, mancozeb and their mixture on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum and Coniella diplodiella, the inhibition rate and synergistic ratio of crude lipopeptide extracts and mancozeb on the two pathogens were detected by mycelial growth rate meth-od,Horsfall method and Wadley formula method. The results showed that the EC50 of crude lipopeptide extracts against F. oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum was 1.93 μL·mL-1,the EC50 of crude lipopeptide extracts against C. Diplodiella was 5.54 μL·mL-1 and EC50 of mancozeb against F. Oxysporum f. Sp. Cucumerinum and C. Diplodiella were 74.37 and 48.45 mg·L-1,respectively. The results of Horsfall method showed that the volume ratio of lipopep-tide to mancozeb was 8∶2,which had significant synergistic activity against F. Oxysporum f. Sp. Cucumerinum, and the volume ratio was 1∶9,which had significant synergistic activity against C. Diplodiella. According to the Wadley formula method, the theoretical EC50 of the mixture against F. Oxysporum f.sp. Cucumerinum was 1298.78 mg·L-1,the actual EC50 was 472.48 mg·L-1,and the synergistic ratio (SR) was 2.75;the theoretical EC50 value against C. Diplodiella was 481.41 mg·L-1,the actual EC50 value was 187.32 mg·L-1,and the synergistic ratio (SR) was 2.57. The results provide some supports for the sustainable prevention and control of two different diseases, the reduction of chemical agents and the rational application of antimicrobial lipopeptides.
