Effects of biogas slurry replaces chemical fertilizer on the arthropods community structure and yield in winter wheat fields
In order to study the effects of the changes of winter wheat yield and field arthropod community structure under the replacing chemical fertilizer with the equal nitrogen of toilet biogas slurry,a field experi-ment was carried out from 2021 to 2022 wheat growing season at Anhui Agricultural University,Nongcui gar-den,and five treatments were set up for the experiment, including the single application of chemical fertilizer, biogas slurry replacement of 20%,50%,80% and 100% chemical fertilizer,to analyzed the changes in wheat yield and three classes of arthropods. The results showed that,as the amount of biogas slurry instead of chemi-cal fertilizer, the number of pests showed a decreasing trend, and the number of natural enemies showed an in-creasing and then decreasing trend. The highest density of soil arthropods was found when 20% of chemical fertilizer was replaced by biogas slurry. The diversity index, evenness index and dominant concentration index of natural enemies were the highest when 50% of fertilizer was replaced by biogas slurry. When 50% or more of the chemical fertilizer was replaced by biogas slurry, all the yield indexes of wheat were significantly lower than those of chemical fertilizer alone. The result showed that the proportion of replacing chemical fertilizer with biogas slurry should be controlled between 50% and 20%,which can provide a theoretical reference for the scientific proportion of chemical fertilizer replaced by biogas slurry.
