Study on bacterial composition and structure of flue-cured tobacco from different regions
In order to study the composition and structure of bacteria on the surface of C2F flue-cured tobac-co from different regions, the composition and structure of culturable bacteria on the surface of tobacco leaves from 6 different regions at the early stage of aging were tested using high throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that 55,39,33,26,24 and 15 OTUs were detected on the surface of tobacco samples from six dif-ferent origins, respectively, and 6 OTUs were shared by tobacco samples from six different origins. At the genus classification level, the dominant bacterial microorganism that could be cultured on the surface of most tobacco leaves was Bacillus, and Enterobacter,Burkholderia and Ralstonia were active in some flue-cured tobacco sur-faces.There were obvious differences in the types of bacteria on the surface of flue-cured tobacco leaves from different varieties and producing areas, and also from different producing areas of the same variety. The research results provide a theoretical basis for using bacteria to age tobacco leaves from different producing areas, improve the quality of tobacco leaves, and optimize the tobacco leaf aging process.
