油茶副产物中多酚、黄酮含量及其活性研究

以六安当地"大别山一号"油茶为研究对象,采用3种不同溶剂(纯水、50%乙醇和95%乙醇)超声提取油茶不同部位(叶、壳和饼),测定各提取物的多酚和黄酮含量,通过DPPH自由基清除能力和ORAC抗氧化能力指数来评价抗氧化活性,并对酪氨酸酶抑制活性和细胞增殖活性进行研究.结果显示:油茶叶多酚和黄酮含量均高于油茶饼和油茶壳,其中50%乙醇提取的多酚和黄酮含量最高,分别为(337.24±1.94)和(189.23±1.12)mg·g-1;油茶叶抗氧化活性最强,清除DPPH自由基的IC50为(28.10±0.46)μg·mL-1,ORAC抗氧化能力指数为(2 651.54±112.41)μmol·g-1,酪氨酸酶抑制率的 IC50 为(140.20±0.95)µg·mL-1.
Study on the contents and activities of polyphenols and flavonoids in by-products of Camellia oleifera Abel.
To determine the contents of polyphenols and flavonoids in Camellia oleifera Abel.,three dif-ferent solvents(pure water,50%ethanol,95%ethanol)were used to extract its different parts(leaves,shells and cake)by ultrasonic extraction,the contents of polyphenols and flavonoids of each extract were determined,the antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH free radical scavenging ability and ORAC antioxidant ability index,and the tyrosinase inhibitory activity and cell proliferation activity were studied.The contents of poly-phenols and flavonoids in C.oleifera Abel.were higher than those in C.oleifera Abel.cake and C.oleifera Abel.shell,and the contents of polyphenols and flavonoids extracted from 50%ethanol were the highest,which were(337.24±1.94)and(189.23±1.12)mg·g-1,respectively.The IC50 of scavenging DPPH free radicals was(28.10±0.46)pg mL-1,the index of ORAC antioxidant capacity was(2 651.54±112.41)μmol·g-1,and the IC50 of tyrosinase inhibition rate was(140.20±0.95)μg·mL-1.
