针对低温循环式油菜籽烘干机结构复杂,尺寸关联众多,建模设计缓慢导致的设计效率低下的问题,通过Visual Studio编程软件,在C#的开发环境下,基于SolidWorks平台,利用其提供的API接口,对低温循环式油菜籽烘干机进行二次开发.通过模块化装配建模与模板参数修改法的设计方法,开发了一款烘干机参数化设计系统.模块化的装配建模方法,为烘干机不同部件的尺寸关联提供了便利.该设计系统创建了友好的人机交互界面,实现了不同型号的低温循环式油菜籽烘干机的快速建模.提出的参数化系统将烘干机的设计效率提高了 90%以上,有效缩短了产品开发周期,同时保证了产品质量,进一步提升了企业竞争性,也为其他类型烘干机的参数化设计提供了一定借鉴价值.
Research on secondary development of low-temperature circulating rapeseed dryer design based on SolidWorks
Aiming to address the issue of intricate structure and several size relationships in low-temperature circulating rapeseed dryer,which led to slow modeling design and low efficiency,a secondary development of the cyclic rapeseed dryer was conducted using the Visual Studio programming tools in the C# development environ-ment,based on the SolidWorks platform and utilizing its provided API interface.A parametric design system for the dryer was developed through modular assembly modeling and template parameter modification methods.The modular assembly modeling approach facilitated the dimensional correlations of different component elements of the dryer.The design system created a user-friendly human-computer interaction interface,enabling rapid model-ing of different models of low-temperature recirculating rapeseed dryers.The parametric system proposed in-creased the design efficiency of the dryer by more than 90%,effectively shortening the product development cycle while ensuring product quality.This enhancement not only improves the competitiveness of the enterprise,but also provides reference values for the parametric design of other types of dryers.
