草乌白绢病菌生物学特性的初步研究

对草乌白绢病病菌齐整小核菌(Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.)的生物学特性进行了初步研究.结果表明,30 ℃、pH值5.0～6.0及黑暗等条件适宜菌丝生长;25～35 ℃、pH值4.0～6.0、光照、相对湿度100%加水等条件适合菌核萌发.
Study on the Biological Characteristic of Southern Blight Pathogen (Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.) of Aconitum kusenezoffii Reichb Root
The biological characteristics of Aconitum kusenezoffii Reichb root southern blight pathogen (Sclerotium rolfsii Sace.) were studied in the experiment.The results showed that hypha could grow when cultured at temperature 30℃,pH 5.0~6.0 and dark condition.Conditions such as temperature 25~35℃,pH 4.0~6.0, light, 100 relative humidity and added water were beneficial to sclerotia germination.
