The leaf spot of Gardenia jasminoides is a kind of fungal disease. The most suitable temperature for mycelium grow is 24.8 ℃, pH 7.0, the carbonium is glucose and the relative humidity is 75% . It doesn't need too much nutritious to produce conidias, especially for carbonium. It can produce conidia with ultravioletray radiation mycelium within a about 5 minutes. It also needn't too much nutritious to sprout conidia and the suitable nutritious is glucose.
