研究了不同pH值、温度、光照、悬浮介质对菠菜离体叶绿体存活时间的影响,结果表明,在pH为7.6、温度为5℃(低温)的黑暗条件下用悬浮介质Ⅰ培养的菠菜离体叶绿体活性保持时间较长.
Study on the Spinach Chloroplast Culture in Vitro
The influence of different entironment factor such as pH, temperature, illumination and the suspending medium on the spinach( Spinacia oleracea L.) chloroplast culture in vitro was studied. The results showed that there was longest living time of isolated thloroplast in the condition of pH 7.6,temperature 5 ℃, darkness and suspending medium Ⅰ .
