以里格尔87-5、石红206、石红3号3个加工番茄品种为材料,对其光合特性进行研究.结果表明,在开花期不同品种的加工番茄在9:00~11:00的净光合速率(Pn)不同,里格尔87-5的Pn最大;3个品种在开花期的Pn日变化均呈明显的双峰曲线,2个峰值分别出现在11:00和17:00,13:00左右出现午间的光抑制现象;此外,叶片气孔导度与叶片光合速率的日变化趋势基本一致,呈平行变化趋势,说明气孔导度是影响光合速率的直接因子.
Study on the Photosyrnthetic Characteristics of Tomato
In order to afford a theory for tomato planting in the dry area, the characteristics of photosynthesis in tomato leaf was studied. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate(Pn) of the different tomato varieties were different at 9:00 and 11:00 in flowering period,and Pn of Iigeer 87-5 was the highest.The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate(Pn) in tomatoe leaf were in double-peak curves with decreasing feature at noun.The peak of peripheral leaf was recorded at 11 :00 and 17 :00.The bottom of peripheral leaf was recorded at 13:00.Stomatic conductance was the key factor of midday slump.
