6-BA、GA3对蒺藜状苜蓿种子发芽的影响

[目的]探索6-BA和GA3对蒺篓状苜蓿种子发芽的影响.[方法]用浓度5、10、20、1000 靘ol/L的6-13A和GA3分别浸湿滤纸发芽床.每组30粒蒺藜状苜蓿种子进行发芽试验,以蒸馏水同样处理为对照,设3个重复,统计平均发芽率、平均发芽势和平均发芽指数.[结果]6-BA和GA2处理均未提高蒺藜状苜蓿种子发芽率和发芽指数,只有20 靘ol/L6-BA和GA3处理,种子发芽势有显著提高,分别比对照提高3.0倍和2.6倍.[结论] 6-BA和GA3对蒺藜状苜蓿种子发芽有影响.
Effects of 6-BA and GA3 on Seed Germination of Medicago truncatula Gaertn
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effects of 6-BA and GA3 on seed germination of Medicago truncatula Gaertn. [Method] With seeds soakeded with distilled water as CK, 30 seeds of Medicago truncatula Gaertn on filter papers soakeded with 5, 10, 20, 1000 μmol/L 6-BA and GA3 was conducted germination experiment and counted germination rate, germination power and germination index respectively. [Result] All treatments were not increased the germination rate and germination index of Medicago truncatula Gaertn seed. But the germination power was increased 2.6 and 3.0 times than control in the treatment with 20 μmol/L 6-BA and GA3. [Conclusion] Both 6-BA and GA3 had effected the seed germination of Medicago truncatula Gaertn.
