Study on Antibacterial Activity of Several Fungicides on Phytophthora capsici Leon
[Objective]The aim of the study was to seek some new fungicides.[Method] Antibacterial effect of 50% wettable powder of flumorph man-cozeb etc.fungicides were determined using indoor antibacterial effect and net room bioassay.[Result] The study showed that 68% water dispersible granule of metalaxy-M mancozeb, 65% wettable powder of mancozeb dithianon, 50% wettable powder of flumorph mancozeb and 687.5 g/L suspension concentration of fluopicolide propamocarb hydrochloride could control Phytophthora capsici Leonian effectively with EC50 of 4.822 0, 4.814 0, 0.475 9 and 2.502 6 mg/L respectively, 250 g/L suspension concentration of azoxystrobin and 250 g/L emulsifiable concentrate of ovraclostrobin could attenuate colony and make hypha malformed.Antibacterial effect of 50% wettable powder of flumorph mancozeb on Phytophthora capsici Leonian was the best, antibacterial effect of 2.0,2.4 and 2.8 g/L were 85.14% , 89.39% and 92.45% respectively.[Conclusion] 50% wettable powder of flumorph mancozeb might be applied to control Phytophthora capsici Leonian.
