花椒超临界CO2萃取物成分GC-MS分析

用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用法技术分析了花椒超临界CO2萃取物的化学成分,鉴定出46种化合物.萃取产物中含量较高的成分依次为9,7-十八碳二烯醛(21.25%)、2,5-双(1,1-二甲基乙基)噻吩(14.25%)、棕榈酸(15.00%)、芳樟醇(6.31%)、油酸(4 52%)、丁香烯氧化物(4.35%)、十六烷内酯(3.53%)、亚油酸甲酯(2.65%)、1-柠檬烯(2.25%)等.
GC-MS Analysis of Extracts from Zanthoxylum bungeanun Maxim by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction
The chemical constituents of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction products from Zanthoxylum bungeanun Maxim were studied by GC-MS-DS. Forty-six compounds were identified. The results showed that the main components of the extracts with higher content were 9,7-octadecadienal(21.25%), 2,5,bis (1,1-dimethylethyl)thi-ophene(14.25% ), hexadecanoic (15.00%), linalool(6. 31 % ) , oleic acid (4.52%), caryophyllene oxide(4.35%), hexadecanolide(3.53% ) , linoleic acid methyl ester(2.65% ), 1-limonene(2.25% )and so on.
