Dynamic Determination of Alkaloid Content and Guanosine in Rhizoma Pinellia rernata
[Objective] The study aimed to provide scientific basis for reasonable harvest and GAP plant of Pinellia rernata by dynamic determination of its alkaloid content and guanosine. [Method] Using methods of UV and HPLC to determine alkaloid content and guanosine in Rhizoma Pinellia rernata at different places, seasons and heights. [Result] The range of alkaloid content in Pinellia ternat was 0.009 0%-0.032 0%. The range of guanosine was 0.000 4%-0.024 0%. The contents of the two chemical compositions were the highest on October. [Conclusion] This method has good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of GAP plant for Rhizoma Pinellia ternate.
