摘要
[目的]探讨枸杞提取物在延缓衰老方面的作用.[方法]以黑腹果蝇为试材,收集8 h 内羽化的雌雄果蝇成虫,置于用枸杞提取液含0.01%、0.03%、0.09%和0.27%4种浓度配制的培养基上于25 ℃下进行培养, 研究枸杞提取液对果蝇寿命及果蝇体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响.[结果]与对照组相比,枸杞提取物0.09%和0.27%处理组可分别延长雌性果蝇半数死亡期2和4.4 d, 平均寿命2.6和3.2 d,平均最高寿命2.8和5.8 d,可分别延长雄性果蝇半数死亡期2.1和4.1 d, 平均寿命2.5和2.0 d(P<0.05),平均最高寿命5.5 和4.5 d(P<0.05);枸杞提取物0.03%、0.09%和0.27%处理组可显著提高雌果蝇的SOD活性,降低雌、雄果蝇的MDA含量.[结论]枸杞提取物具有高度抗氧化能力,可清除体内自由基,使果蝇寿命延长.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the action of Lycium chinese Mill extracts on delaying life-span. [Method] With Drosophila melanogaster as the tested material, the female and male D. melanogaster adults emerged within 8 h were collected and they were placed on the medium made by L. chinese extracts liquid with 4 concn. of 0.01%, 0.03%, 0.09% and 0.27% 4 to be cultured at 25℃. The effect of L. chinese extracts liquid on the superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content in D. melanogaster were researched. [Result] Compared with the control group, the treatment group with 0.09% and 0.27% L. chinese extracts could prolong the half died time of female D. melanogaster for 2 and 4.4 d resp., the average life-span for 2.6 and 3.2d, the average highest life-span for 2.8 and 5.8d resp. which could prolong the half died time of male D. melanogaster for 2.1 and 4.1 d , the average life-span for 2.5 and 2.0 d (P<0.05), the average highest life-span for 5.5 and 4.5 d (P<0.05) resp. The treatment group with 0.03%, 0.09% and 0.27% L. chinese extracts could obviously increase the SOD activity in the male D. melanogaster and decrease the MDA content in the female and male D. melanogaster. [Conclusion] The L. chinese mill extraction had the high oxidation resistance ability, which may eliminate the free radical in vivo, thus causing D. melanogaster life-span extension.
