细辛愈伤组织诱导条件的研究

[目的]筛选北细辛、汉城细辛愈伤组织诱导的适宜条件.[方法]选用北细辛、汉城细辛不同的外植体,在不同的培养基上加入不同浓度配比的外源激素进行诱导.[结果] 北细辛、汉城细辛的根茎为最佳外植体.北细辛最适培养基为MS+0.60 mg/L 6-BA +0.15 mg/L NAA,汉城细辛最适培养基为MS+0.60 mg/L 6-BA + 0.10 mg/L NAA.[结论]该研究为再生植株诱导、规模化生产、新品种的培育和推广提供理论依据.
Study on Condition of Callus Induction of Asarum
[Objective] The research aimed screen the suitable condition of callus induction of Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum Kitag and Asarum sieboldi Miq. Var. Seoulense Nakai. [Method] The different explants of Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum Kitag and Asarum sieboldi Miq. Var. Seoulense Nakai were selected. The extraneous hormone of different allocated consistency proportion was added to the different culture medium for induction. [Result]The best explants of Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum Kitag and Asarum sieboldi Miq. Var. Seoulense Nakai were their rhizome. The most suitable culture medium of Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum Kitag was MS+0.60 mg/L 6-BA + 0.15 mg/L NAA, and the most suitable culture medium of Asarum sieboldi Miq.var.seoulense Nakai was MS+0.60 mg/L 6-BA +0.10 mg/L NAA. [Conclusion] The study provided theoretic guidance for the induction of plant regeneration, scale production, the cultivation and promotion of new variety.
