Effective Exertion of Public Power and Private Rights and Reasonable Land-use
Land-use status of Hebei Province was investigated on the spot, and the problems in land-use were discussed. Exertion status of public power and private rights in land-use were analyzed. On this basis, relevant proposals were put forward, i.e. strengthening the publicity of policies, exerting the management and service role of government, encouraging the circulation of agricultural land, intensifying the construction of rural autonomous organization and improving legal system of agricultural land.
