[目的]为快速扩繁中国沙棘雌株提供理论依据.[方法]以当年生半木质化生长、健壮、无病虫害的嫩枝为材料,以清水处理为对照,研究25、50、100 mg/L吲哚丁酸(IBA)和25、50、100 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)处理对枝条成活率、株高、平均根数及平均根长的影响.[结果]IBA和NAA处理后的枝条成活率、株高、平均根数和平均根长均高于对照,不同浓度IBA处理的枝条成活率均高于NAA处理.50 mg/LIBA处理的枝条成活率、成活枝条的株高、平均生根数、平均根长最高.[结论]IBA和NAA处理均可提高中国沙棘雌株扦插枝条的成活率、株高、平均根数和平均根长,其中50 mg/L IBA处理效果最好.
Influence of Different Density IBA and NAA on Chinese Sea-buckthorn Female Layer Cuttage
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the basis for the rapid expansion of Chinese sea-buckthorn female plant. [Method] Taking healthy half woody growth strong shoot for pest and disease-free material, water treatment research for eontorlled, the effects of 25, 50, 100 mg/L IBA and 25, 50, 100 mg/L NAA on survival rate,plant height,average root quantity and average root length were studied. [Result] Survival rate, plant height,average root quantity and average root length with IBA and NAA exceeded control. Survival rate with different concentrations of IBA exceeded that with NAA. Survival rate, plant height, average root quantity and average root length reached the highest. [Conclusion] IBA and NAA processing improved rhamnpides female cuttage survival rate,plant height,average root quantity and average root length,of which 50 mg/L IBA effictiveness was the best.
