武夷山不同类型土壤活性碳含量对比研究

[目的]探讨武夷山不同类型土壤中活性碳含量及其影响因素.[方法]主要选择黄红壤、黄壤和草甸土,测定土壤微生物碳和可溶性碳含量.[结果]微生物碳为土壤有机碳中最活跃成分,环境波动对其影响很大,随着取样点海拔高度的变化,微生物碳含量依次为0.52、0.50、0.65、0.94、1.25 g/kg;而可溶性碳受环境波动的影响较小,含量分别为0.22、0.23、0.33、0.23、0.25 g/kg.[结论]微生物碳是土壤有机碳变化的敏感指标.
Comparison of Content of Different Types of Soil Labile Carbon in Wuyi Mountain
[Objective] The study aimed to determine soil labile carbon and its factors from different types of soil of Wuyi Mountain. [Method] Yellowish red soil, yellow soil and meadow soil were collected, and MBC and DOC were measured. [Result] The results showed that the most active fraction of soil carbon was MBC, which was greatly influenced by the environmental factors, there was an increase trend in MBC with elevation, and MBC contents were 0.52, 0.50, 0.65, 0.94, 1.25 g/kg, respectively. However, DOC did not change significantly with environmental factors. The corresponding values were 0.22, 0.23, 0.33, 0.23, 0.25 g/kg, respectively. [Conclusion] Microbial biomass carbon could be used as the sensitive index indicating soil organic carbon change.
