Research of the Estimation of Navel Orange Edible Part
Based on building BP network model, edible rate of navel orange was estimated by using 2 characteristic parameters which were weight and volume of navel orange. The results showed that this method can obtained higher edible rate of navel orange, and predictive edible rate was 74.48% -85.79% , mean square deviation was 3. 19% , and it had a better fitting effect.
