Study on Aseptic Germination of Scutellaria barcaleasis Georgi
[Objective] The research aimed to filter the methods easy to aseptic germination of ScuteUaria barcaleasis Georgi tissue culture. [Method] The influence of different aseptic germination methods and phytohormones for S. barcaleasis germination were contrasted. [Result] The germination rates with absorbent cotton and filterpaper bridge methods in the whole culture period were significantly higher than those with other methods. However, GA3 and BA didn't show difference. [Conclusion] Absorbent cotton method without phytohormones was the fast way to get aseptic seedling.
