Research Progress on Invasive Plant Solidago canadensis
Studies on potential distribution region, invasion mechanism, activated compounds, invasion management and exploitage of the invasive alien plant Solidago canadensis in recent years were reviewed, and existing problems were pointed out. Some suggestions were also proposed , such as improving theoretical researches on mechanism of invasive plant evolution, invasibility of new habitats and invasive process, improving applied researches on seeking a complete set of management strategies and comprehensive utilization technology.
