5个甘蔗新品种(系)的抗旱性研究

[目的]研究桂糖30号等5个甘蔗新品种(系)的抗旱性.[方法]采用桶栽和人工控水的方法,对桂糖30号等5个甘蔗新品种(系)的抗旱性进行研究,以抗旱性较强的新台糖22号(ROC22)为第1对照品种,以抗旱性较弱的新台糖16号(ROC16)为第2对照品种,测定干旱胁迫期间的叶片膜透性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、蔗茎生长速度、枯叶率和收获期的株高、茎径、有效茎数和蔗茎产量等指标.采用模糊数学中的隶属函数法计算各品种(系)的抗旱隶属函数, 根据各品种(系)的抗旱隶属函数加权值大小对其抗旱性进行综合评判.[结果]桂糖97-69的抗旱性表现最好,桂糖02-901其次,两者的抗旱性综合指标优于抗旱性强的对照品种ROC22;桂糖30号和桂柳1号的抗旱性综合指标接近ROC22, 属于抗旱性中等偏强的类型;桂糖02-467的抗旱性比ROC22差,但比抗旱性较弱的对照品种ROC16优,属于抗旱性中等偏弱的类型.[结论]为今后甘蔗品种(系)推广时选择适宜的生态环境条件提供了科学的理论依据.
Research on the Drought Resistance of Five New Sugarcane Varieties
[ Objective ] The resistance of five new sugarcane cultivars such as GUITANG 30 to drought was experimented. [ Method ] The resistance of five new sugarcane cultivars to drought was tested based on the potted experiment and the control of irrigation and the variety-ROC22 with strong drought resistance was the first contrast and ROC16 which was weak drought resistance was the seeond contrast. The cell membrane permeability of leaf,the content of MDA and proline ,the elongation rate of stem ,the rate of dead leaf, the height, stem diameter, number of productive tiller,the yield in the harvest time were measured during the drought-stress. The drought membership function of each cultivar was calculated with the method of Fuzzy Mathematics Membership Function and according to the drought weighted value the drought résistance was comprehensively evaluated. [ Results]The result showed that the drought resistance of GUITANG97-69 was the best and the second was GUITANG02-901 ,both of which aggregative index of the drought resistance were better than that of ROC22. The aggregative index of the drought resistance of GUITANG 30 and GUILIU 1 was close to that of ROC22,belonging to the moderate to strong drought-resisting variety. The drought resistance of GUITANG02467 was worse than that of ROC22 but better than that of ROC16 ,which was the moderate to weak drought-resisting variety. [ Conclnsion]The scientifically theoretic basis of the suitable ecological environment in the extension of sugarcane cultivar was provided.
