Analysis on the Climatic Characteristics of the First and Latest Frost Date and the Frost Period in Recent 30 Years in Anhui Province
According to the climate data in Anhui Province from 1971 to 2000, the climatic characteristics and variation of the first and latest frost date and the frost period in recent 30 years in Auhui Province are analyzed by the climatic statistic method. As indicated by the results, in most areas of Anhui Province, the latest frost date advances, while the first frost date delays, and the frost period obviously shortens since 1980s.However the interannual variability of Anhui first frost date and latest frost date shows an increasing tendency, and the probability of abnormal early or late frost tends to increase.
