综述了ABA在调控种子发育、休眠和萌发过程中的变化及调节机制.ABA含量在种子的发育、休眠和萌发过程中发生变化,而且受多因素的影响,如调节基因、光、温度和赤霉素等环境因素以及糖类、硝酸盐等含氮化合物,并与之交互作用影响种子的发育、休眠和萌发.在分子水平上深入探讨ABA对种子的发育、休眠和萌发的生理作用,对完善种子生长发育研究具有重要意义.
Physiological Role of ABA in Seed Development, Dormancy and Germination
The change and mechanism of ABA in regulating seed development,dormancy and germination were reviewed. During the seed development ,dormancy and germination process, ABA content changed,which was affected by various factors,such as some correlated genes,light,temperature and gibberellic acid (GA),sugar and nitrogenous compounds and so on. The physiological role of ABA in seed development,dormancy and germination was discussed from the molecular level, which was of great significance to the study on seed growth and development.
