白木香叶挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

[目的]研究白木香叶挥发油的提取及其化学成分的含量.[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取分离白木香叶中的挥发油,通过GC-MS联用仪对白木香叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析,采用峰面积归一化法计算其相对含量.[结果]结果共鉴定出48个化学成分,主要成分为9-二十六烯(4.17%)、N'-羟基4-(三氟甲基)吡啶-3-甲酰胺(3.95%)、二十八烷(3.76%)、二十四烷(3.50%)、二十二烷(3.32%)、1-碘十六烷(2.82%)、4,6-二甲基十二烷(2.76%)和1-溴二十二烷(2.58%).[结论]该研究为白木香叶的开发利用提供了理论依据.
GC-MS Analysis on the Chemical Constituents of the Volatile Oil from Leaves of Aquilaria sinensis
[Objective]To study the extraction and determination of the volatile oil in Aquilaria sinensis (Lour. ) Gilg. Leaves. [ Method]The vola tile oil was extracted by steam distillation,its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC - MS method,and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normaization. [ Result]48 components were identified,and the volatile oil was mainly composed of 9-Hexacosene (4.17% ) ,Pyridine-3-carboxamide,oxime. N-( 2-trifluorometh) ( 3. 95% ), Octacosane (3. 76% ) , Tetracosane (3. 50% ), Docosane (3. 32% ), Hexadcane,l-iodo-(2.82% ) ,Dodecane,4,6-dimethyi-(2.76% ) ,1-Bromodocosane(2.58% ). [Conclusion]The study provided theoretical evi dence for the development of Aquilaria sinensis (Lour. ) Gilg. Leaves.
