超声协同脉冲电絮凝法处理屠宰场废水研究

[目的]研究应用超声协同脉冲电絮凝方法处理屠宰场排放的废水.[方法]以屠宰场废水为对象,通过试验讨论了脉冲频率、脉冲占空比、超声频率、超声功率、超声时间和超声温度对废水COD和色度去除率的影响.[结果]在脉冲频率、脉冲占空比、超声功率、超声频率、超声温度和超声时间分别为250Hz、30%、280W、25 Hz、30℃、40 min的条件下进行电解,废水的COD、色度去除效果好,去除率分别可达到89.42%、95.86%以上.[结论]应用起声协同脉冲电絮凝方法对屠宰场废水的处理技术是可行的,为屠宰场废水开发新处理工艺提供参考依据.
Study on of Slaughterhouse Wastewater Treatment with Pulse Electrocoaguiatton Coupling Ultrasonic
[Purpose]The aim was to study treatment of slaughterhouse vastewater through the pulse electrocoagulation coupling ultrasonic method. [Method]With the slaughterhouse waslewater as the object,the effect of the pulse frequency,pulse duty ratio,ultrasonic power.ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time on COD and color removal rales of the wastewaler were researched. [ Result ]The results showed that the conditions of the optimal treatment effect were pulse frequency 250 Hz, pulse duty ratio 30% , ultrasonic power 280 W. Ultrasonic frequency 25 Hz.ultrasonic temperature 30 ℃ .ultrasonic time 40mm and the COD,color removal rates could reach 89.42% and 95.86% respectively. [Conclusion] It is feasible for treatment slaughterhouse wastewater by the pulse electrocoagulation coupling ultrasonic and it provided reference information on devebpping new disposal technology for slaughterhouse wastewater.
