[目的]研究Zn2+胁迫对萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)种子萌发及幼苗生长和叶绿素含量的影响,从而更好地认识重金属Zn2+对绿色植物生长发育的胁迫作用.[方法]萝卜种子为宝萝一号.Zn2+浓度梯度为12.5、25.0、50.0、100.0 mg/ml,以去离子水为对照.[结果]Zn2+浓度变化并不影响萝卜种子萌发率,但随着浓度的增加,对萝卜幼苗形态、根长、根毛的产生及叶绿素的含量均有一定程度的抑制作用.[结论]该研究可以为进一步进行土壤修复提供科学依据.
Effects of Zn2+ Stress on Radish(Raphanus sativus L.)Seeds Germination, Seedlings Growth and Chlorophyll Content
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Zn2+ stress on radish seeds germination, seedling growth and chlorophyll content, to better know the stressing effects of heavy metal Zn2+ on growth and development of green plant. [ Method] The radish seed was Baoluolhao. Zn2+ concentration was 12.5, 25.0, 50.0 and 100.0 mg/ml, respectively. Take deionized water as control. [Result] The results showed that Zn2+ concentration changes could not affect seeds germination of radish. While with the increasing of it, the morphology, root length, form of root hair and the content of chlorophyll of radish seedlings were inhibited extensively. [Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for further carrying out soil remediation.
