[目的]研究梧桐花挥发油化学成分,为梧桐属植物的开发和利用提供参考.[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并用GC-MS对挥发油化学成分进行分析.[结果]从2种提取方法所得的梧桐花挥发油提取物中共鉴定出60种成分,占挥发油总量的96.78%.梧桐花挥发油能为某些药物和精细化工提供原料.[结论]该方法简便快捷,可用于梧桐花挥发油的化学成分研究.
Study on the Chemical Constituents of Essential Oll from Firmiana platanifolia ( L.F)
[ Objective] To analyze the chemical compositions of essential oil from Firmiana platanifolia ( L. F) and provide reference for comprehensive utilization of F. platanifolia resources. [ Method] By using steam distillation and organic solvent method,essential oil was extracted, and its chemicai constituents were analyzed by capillary GC-MS. [ Result ] A total of 60 kinds of compounds were identified, accounting for 96. 78% of the total amount of essential oil. The F. platanifolia essential nil was expected to be the raw materials of some drugs and fine chemicals. [Conclusion] The method is simple and rapid ,which is suitable for studying chemical constituents of F. platanifolia.
