摘要
采用赵秋成提出的劳动力简化系数法,对河北省的人力资源存量进行了研究.结果表明,河北省人力资源仍处于高量低质的阶段,河北省人力资源中人力资本的形成主要集中于义务教育阶段后的中等教育阶段,而高等教育阶段尚未发挥出对人力资本形成的优势.
Abstract
The human resources slock in Hebei Province is studied by using the method of the simplified coefficient of labor force put forward by Zhao Qiucheng in 2000. The results show that the human resources in Hebei Province are still in the stage of high quantity but low quality, and the human capital in the human resources mainly forms in the secondary education after the compulsory education stage, but the advantages of higher education has not yet played out in the formation of human capital.
